    A magyaros vadragu lebbencstésztával egy tartalmas, hagyományos jellegű étel. A vadhúst lassan, fűszeres, paprikás-hagymás szaftban pároljuk, amíg omlós és puha nem lesz. A gazdag ízű vadragut lebbencstésztával tálaljuk, amely egy hagyományos magyar, nagyobb darabokra tört, lapos tészta. A lebbencs remekül magába szívja a ragu ízletes szaftját, és tökéletesen kiegészíti a karakteres vadhúst.
